Job Description: National Installation Manager

ProAir is Ireland’s only manufacturer and industry leading specialist of Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems.  Due to continuing expansion in the residential market, we now wish to recruit a committed individual to their vibrant, nationwide, multidisciplinary team.  The successful candidate will be based in the Connacht area and will work with the Sales, Design & Installation teams to support customers nationally.  He/she will be hard working, ambitious, proactive and a quick learner.

Key Roles & Responsibilities include but will not be restricted to:

• Further develop & implement a new customer delivery model in a changing environment
• Management of the Design & Project Management teams
• Management of 3^rd Party Subcontractors nationally
• Management of nationwide Service team
• Management of inventory levels at Galway, Dublin and Cork site locations
• Ensure target number of installations are completed on a monthly basis
• Ensure projects margins are maintained inline with Sales costings
• Establish & maintain quality standards for all Installers

Education and Experience:

• Trade or 3^rd Level qualification in construction
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Project Management and Organisation skills
• Knowledge of ventilation technology would be a distinct advantage
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, etc
