An opportunity to become the local face of an established Irish ventilation brand, building your own business with ProAir.

A local business opportunity with an established Irish ventilation brand

ProAir Systems is a long-established Irish manufacturer and installer of residential ventilation systems. As ProAir develops its nationwide franchise programme, we are seeking an ambitious local partner for an exclusive sales and installation opportunity in North Dublin and Louth.

The opportunity is about building strong local relationships, developing sales and delivering high-quality installations, backed by a brand whose approach centers on quality workmanship and customer care.

Could this opportunity be for you?

The ProAir franchise opportunity could suit an entrepreneur / tradesperson or an established installation business with practical skills, business ambition and an interest in ventilation.
Experience in building services, plumbing, electrical work, or construction would provide a useful starting point. We welcome enquiries from people who want to develop a local business within the ProAir partner network.

A particularly relevant solution for North Dublin

For households affected by aircraft noise in North County Dublin, opening a window for fresh air can mean allowing loud noise into the home. MVHR offers another way to ventilate premises, supply fresh air through ducts, and reduce the need to open windows for everyday ventilation.

Keeping windows closed helps preserve the sound protection provided by suitable glazing. For homes near flight paths, MVHR can therefore form a useful part of a wider approach to reducing indoor noise.

The result depends on the whole house, including its windows, walls, and roof. The ventilation system also needs appropriate acoustic design, with attention to duct routes, silencers, and external air connections. A properly designed system can support a quieter indoor environment, although it cannot eliminate aircraft noise.
