Job Description: National Installation Manager

ProAir is Ireland’s only manufacturer and industry leading specialist of Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems.  Due to continuing expansion in the residential market, we now wish to recruit a committed individual to their vibrant, nationwide, multidisciplinary team.  The successful candidate will work with other departments to support customers nationally.  He/she will be hard working, ambitious, proactive and a quick learner.

Key Roles & Responsibilities include but will not be restricted to:

• Further develop & implement a new customer delivery model in a changing environment
• Management of the Design & Project Management/Planner teams
• Support the Installation network and stream-lining installation processes
• Management of 3^rd Party Subcontractors nationally
• Ensure target number of installations are completed on a monthly basis
• Ensure projects margins are maintained inline with Sales costings
• Establish & maintain quality standards for all Installers
• Provide weekly management reports

Education and Experience:

• Trade or 3^rd Level qualification in construction
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Project Management and Organisation skills
• Knowledge of ventilation technology would be a distinct advantage
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, etc
