ProAir is Ireland’s only manufacturer and industry leading specialist of Heat Recovery Systems. We are currently seeking an Administrator to support our team, based in Galway. The Administrator will play a vital role by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and requires an enthusiastic and  proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. This is an exciting role to join a growing organisation with customer service at its core.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, recording project information and directing calls/messages appropriately in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in the database.
  • Follow up on enquiries as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Maintain and update customer details in the database.
  • Perform other administrative and project duties as required.
  • Represent the company with excellent customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures.


  • Proven experience in an administrative role (minimum 1 years’ experience)
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills essential, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
